During the process, he will provide you with complimentary legal advice regarding the best way for you to take title to the property, as well as your unique estate planning needs.
He will review your own particular circumstances, to determine if strategies may be available for you to maintain a lower property tax rate.
He will provide a free review and assessment of your current estate planning documents, if you have any.
He can provide professional legal assistance and direction to escrow regarding how property should be titled; advice that a non-attorney agent cannot give. And, if escrow or title will not cooperate, as an attorney, he can draft any additional deeds or other documents necessary to accomplish your best result, at no extra cost.
Once the property is purchased, he will advise you on the various options regarding how the property may be titled for results consistent with your objectives.
He will contribute professional legal services at no charge, to either restate and improve any existing estate plan you may have, or if you have no estate plan, to develop a comprehensive living-trust based estate plan for you and your family. In most cases, the value of this benefit would be between $2,500 to $4,000.
Your new or improved estate plan will have comprehensive provisions to protect you, your family, and your new property from unnecessary court costs, loss of control, and a myriad of other avoidable threats.
Once the process is completed, he will make sure that your new home is transferred into your Living Trust, thereby affording you and your family all of the protections inherent in a properly prepared estate plan
