He can provide professional legal assistance and direction to escrow regarding any title issues; advice that a non-attorney agent cannot give.
If appropriate, he can advise you on the capital gains tax implications involved in the selling of your property.
As a seller, you may need someone who can help you address any legal or title issues that might come up during the selling process. A licensed attorney can address legal issues that an agent or broker cannot. In many cases, Mr. McKenzie could assist you with these issues, at no additional cost.
In the event that any deeds or certain other legal documents are required, as an experienced estate planning attorney, Mr. McKenzie can draft such documents, at no additional cost.
If appropriate, he will contribute professional legal services at no charge, to either restate and improve any existing estate plan you may have, or if you have no estate plan, to develop a comprehensive living-trust based estate plan for you and your family. In most cases, the value of this benefit would be between $2,500 to $4,000.
How does this benefit you?
Your new or improved estate plan will have comprehensive provisions to protect you and your family from unnecessary . . . etc. In other words, leave out the phrase "and your new property.

After your sale, if you purchase a home anywhere in our geographic area, and you utilize the services of Mr. McKenzie to represent you as your buyer's agent, you will be afforded all of the benefits described above under "Benefits to Buyers."
